Catholic Disciple Institute (CDI) is the flagship formation model of Family Renewal Project and connects the gifts of the Holy Spirit with the story of salvation.
CDI is intentionally designed as a gradual and systematic process to guide people in their journey of discovering their story and leading them into the fullness of Theology of the Body (TOB).
In order to have more intimate conversations about our identity, our purpose, and our desire for enduring happiness, we need time to find common ground, build trust, and develop friendship. Catholic Disciple Institute helps awaken us to explore the journey toward true, authentic love and the adventure of living fully alive with God in the joy of His love.

"Jesus rose from the dead 'on the first day of the week.' Because it is the 'first day', the day of Christ's Resurrection recalls the first creation. Because it is the 'eighth day' following the sabbath, it symbolizes the new creation ushered in by Christ's Resurrection. For Christians it has become the first of all days, the first of all feasts, the Lord's Day." - CCC 2174
Answering these questions will start you on a journey through time and space, and by God's grace, we will be better able to see as He sees and to love as He loves. If you want to be a fully alive human person who is happier, freer, and more confident than ever, then we invite you to discover your story and live God's adventure with us. Like all adventures though (whether it be a vacation, a pilgrimage, a big tournament, or a brief hike) we are all meant to find our way home — stronger, rejuvenated, and restored.
